Vitamins for brain. What vitamins are good for the brain?

Vitamins are fundamental in many processes in the body. Vitamin B is important to those that maintain brain functions like learning, information processing, memory and mood. The B vitamins are often linked with brain health: Vitamin B6, Vitamin B9 (folate), and Vitamin B12. They can help break down homocysteine, high levels of which have been associated with a greater risk of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. B vitamins also help produce energy needed to develop new brain cells The human brain is a complex organ requiring many different nutrients to function properly. Nutritional deficiencies have been shown to contribute to the development of psychiatric disorders, age-related cognitive decline, and developmental disorders. On the other hand, both human and animal studies show that increased intake of brain-supporting nutrients improve various aspects of cognitive functioning such as learning and memory. For all these reasons, it is important that you ensure your brain is getting the

Aplastic Anemia A Rare disorder

Aplastic anemia is more dangerous than anemia, know why the body does not produce blood

 What is aplastic anemia
Aplastic anemia is a rare and serious condition that can occur at any age.  In this condition, your bone marrow is unable to make new blood cells.  It is also called myelodysplastic syndrome.  It makes the person feel more tired, increases the risk of infection and leads to uncontrolled bleeding.  Aplastic anemia is a disease related to anemia in which there is a reduced production of blood cells in the body.  Symptoms of this disease do not appear suddenly, but if this disease is ignored for a long time, its consequences can be serious and can even lead to death of the person.

According to some scientists, there is also a risk of developing aplastic anemia disorder due to autoimmune disease.  This is why immunity begins to damage the stem cells within the bone marrow.  In some people, having a history of chronic disease may also increase the risk of developing aplastic anemia disorder.

What are the types of Aplastic Anemia?
Aplastic anemia can occur at any age and gender.  But the highest risk of this disease remains high in teens and 20 years of age.  Let us tell you, the risk of this remains the same in men and women.  There are two types of aplastic anemia-
 -Acquired aplastic anemia
 -Inherent Aplastic anemia

 Acquired aplastic anemia
This condition arises due to the weakening of the body's immune system.  The main causes of acquired aplastic anemia are-
 -HIV virus infection
 - overuse of drugs
 -chemotherapy

 Inherited aplastic anemia
Inherited aplastic anemia is caused by a faulty gene and is only seen in children and young adults.  This type of anemia puts a person at a higher risk of developing leukemia and other types of cancer.

 Causes of Aplastic anemia
Aplastic anemia disease is caused by damage to the stem cells found inside the bone marrow.  The stem cells present in the bone marrow make blood cells, when they are damaged, red and white blood cells and platelets cannot be produced in the body.  The main causes of aplastic anemia disease are-
 - Chemotherapy.
 - Overuse of certain drugs
 -autoimmune problem
 -viral infection
 -pregnancy
 Because of chemicals like benzene
 -nonviral hepatitis

 Symptoms of aplastic anemia
 - respiratory problems
 -Tiredness
 - sudden increase in heartbeat
 - yellowing of the skin
 Long-term infection
 - bleeding from the nose and gums
Prolonged bleeding at the site of any injury
 Red spots on the body
 -Dizziness
 -Headache
 -Fever
 -Pain in chest

How is aplastic anemia disease diagnosed
To detect aplastic anemia, the option of CBC ie Complete Blood Count test is chosen.  Apart from this, bone marrow biopsy is also a special way to detect aplastic anemia.

 Treatment of aplastic anemia
On seeing the symptoms of aplastic anemia disease, doctors do many tests to identify it.  If this disease is severe to someone, then it is treated through bone marrow or stem cell transplant.  When the condition of the disease is not serious, doctors treat it with the help of medicines.  Antibiotics and anti-fungal medicines are also given to protect the body from infection.  Blood tests and bone marrow tests are done to detect aplastic anemia.
